Star Foundry is a TikTok partnered talent agency that provides services including talent representation, content creation support, brand collaboration facilitation, marketing assistance, and related services to content creators and influencers.

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate and complete information when registering

All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through our services. By using our services, you grant Star Foundry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing our services and promoting your work.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Star Foundry or any other person or entity
To engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
To collect or harvest any information from the service
To violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

8. Fees and Payment

9. Termination

We may delete your account and all associated data
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Star Foundry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Star Foundry operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
